What kind of products do you sell?
We offer a mix of Print-on-Demand (POD) merchandise, dropshipped items, and digital business tools like templates, planners, and content kits all crafted to inspire purposeful living and entrepreneurship.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- POD Products: 7–21 business days (includes custom printing time)
- Dropshipping Products: 10–28 business days depending on your region
- Digital Products: Instantly available via email or download link after purchase
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that shipping times and customs duties may vary by destination.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to become active.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of POD and digital products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@novahive.com within 7 days for a resolution.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some products ship separately from different facilities. You may receive multiple packages at different times, don’t worry, it’s normal!
My download link isn’t working, what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing or broken, email us your order number and we’ll resend the file promptly.
FAQ - Discontinued Items & Colour Variations
What happens if I order a discontinued item?
Suppose your order includes a product that has recently been discontinued. In that case, we will notify you immediately via email and offer either "a full refund or a replacement with a similar item(with your approval)".
Can I return an item due to color variation
Returns based solely on slight color discrepancies are not covered under our free returns policy. However, we always want you to be satisfied. Please reach out, and we'll assess the situation individually.
Will you restock discontinued products?
Some popular items may return depending on supplier availability and demand. We recommend joining our newsletter to get updates on restocks and new arrivals.
